We confirm within 2 hours
We check availability in the chosen city and send a quote by email or WhatsApp. VAT (23%) and multi-day discount included.
- 3. CUSTOMER FORM
Fill it once
First-time customer? Complete the customer form with ID details. Returning customers skip this step.
- 4. DEPOSIT
Cash or bank transfer
Amount depends on gear and rental history — included in the quote. Returned at the end of the rental after inspection.
- 5. PICK-UP
In-store with contract and inspection
Bring ID or passport. Sign the contract, we check the gear with you (condition and function), then off you go. Lisbon · Porto · Funchal — your choice.
- 6. RETURN
Same store, within hours
Gear is inspected on return. If everything is fine, we return your deposit. Late returns are charged as an extra day.
Nationwide delivery available. Cost depends on the destination and is included in the quote.
No liability for mechanical failures outside customer use. Drops, water damage, lens scratches and impacts caused by negligence are the customer's responsibility — deducted from the deposit.
